Parking to be Impacted on Main St. in Janesville

According to an update from the City of Janesville, between April 11 and 15 a contractor working for the city will complete colored concrete repairs in terrace areas along a portion of Main St. from Racine St. to E. Wall St. The street will remain open to traffic during this time, and there will be minor impacts on the traveling public. However, parking will be impacted to accommodate this work. On-street parking will be restricted during the day between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. at certain locations on Main St. Efforts will be made to minimize parking impacts to one side of the street at any given day, but motorists are advised to seek alternate parking locations between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. between April 11 and 15.
