Palmyra Public Safety Responds to Pedestrian Being Hit by Truck

According to a post from Palmyra Public Safety, on July 14 just before midnight, emergency responders were dispatched to a report of a pedestrian being hit by a large truck at the intersection of W. Main St. and N. 2nd St. The pedestrian had serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. No further information has been provided on the status of the victim. Assistance in this case came from Palmyra Public Safety Police, Fire, and EMS responders, Western Lakes Fire District Paramedics, and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
