According to an update from Palmyra Public Safety, last night a resident contacted the office with concern about a person having difficulty driving and possibly impaired. The responding officer found an elderly driver who was lost and very confused. They were an hour and a half from home. Family members were contacted and the elderly person was turned over to them and returned home safely.
