Officers in Palmyra have made an arrest for OWI. According to a Facebook post from the department, police were alerted to a person driving impaired with a child in the vehicle. The unidentified driver was arrested after being tracked down and charged with felony OWI. This is the third instance of police arresting someone for these charges with a child in the vehicle in Palmyra this year.
