According to an update from Palmyra Public Safety, a 62 year old man from North Prairie was arrested on Saturday for his 10th intoxicated driving offense. During the village trick or treat hours, a Palmyra Public Safety Officer saw the man drive back into a parked vehicle in the 100 block of N. 2nd St. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail on felony charges. More information will be given as it becomes available.
