In a press release from the Rock County Medical Examiner’s office, they have released the name of an individual who passed away after a motor vehicle crash on Monday at about 4:50 p.m. on W. State Highway 11 at Roherty Rd. in the Town of Plymouth. He was identified as 33 year old Monroe resident Hans F. Schmidt. Preliminary results of the forensic examination confirm he died from injuries sustained in the crash, but additional testing is underway at this time.
