According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, 31 year old veteran Zachary David Bigelow has been missing from his home in Monona since Wednesday. He was last seen in Beloit yesterday. He drives a blue 2014 Acura TLX with Wisconsin PC 873-ZLD. If you see Zachary, do not approach him but call 911 or local police.
