McHenry, Illinois Man Arrested in Lake Geneva for Charges Including Hit and Run Involving Injury

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on June 21 at about 1:30 p.m. an officer was dispatched to 100 block of Wells St. for a hit and run accident. The vehicle was later located and the driver, 31 year old McHenry, Illinois resident Jonathan Z. Warner, was arrested for hit and run-involving injury, failure to yield right of way, operate without valid license, and causing injury/operate while under the influence.
