According to the City of Janesville, a portion of Matheson St. between Woodman Rd. and Milton Ave. will be closed to through traffic beginning September 20 and lasting for about four weeks. Contractors will be replacing the curb and gutter and also reconstructing pavement as part of the City’s annual street rehabilitation program.
