According to a press release from Marisa Voelkel, she has announced her run for the 43rd Assembly District of Wisconsin. Voelkel is a Janesville resident and has lived in Wisconsin since 2012. For nearly two decades she has served leadership positions in several healthcare organizations across Wisconsin, Missouri, and Illinois. Voelkel is a registered nurse and has managed departments of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management in multi-state healthcare systems. The 43rd District of Wisconsin includes areas within north and central Rock County, southeast Dane County, southwest Jefferson County, and Northwest Walworth County.
