A hearing was held on Monday in Jefferson County Court for 21 year old Eric Valdez, who is facing three counts of first degree child sexual assault of a child under age 13 after an incident that occurred on November 1 of 2019. He will have an upcoming court appearance on January 3 at 9 a.m.
