Man Charged With OWI In Beloit

According to the Beloit Police Daily media report, a 30-year-old Beloit man is facing OWI charges. Steven Kelsey was arrested Monday evening in the area of Portland Avenue and Eighth Street. The formal charge is OWI, Alcohol or Drugs.
