Ixonia resident 57 year old Kendrick Nash was issued a signature bond yesterday of $10 thousand with conditions that include he is to have no contact with any female under the age of 18, and he is not to download any peer to peer software. This is due to incidents which occurred in between August and October of 2019 where he was charged with 13 counts of possession of child pornography. After his appearance in court yesterday, he was to report to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for booking. His next court appearance is set for November 30.
