Man Arrested in Rock County for 5th Offense OWI

According to a Rock County Sheriff's Press Release, on December 11 at about 5:45 p.m. a Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle that was stopped along the side of S. Avon Shore Rd. by W. State Highway 81 in the Town of Avon in Rock County. The deputy made contact with the driver, 64 year old Richard Lynn from Brodhead. The deputy detected sighs of impairment, and Lynn was arrested for 5th Offense OWI. He will be held in the Rock County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
