Multiple police departments concluded an investigation with an arrest on Tuesday. According to Janesville Police, Eshawn Reed was arrested on many charges. Reed was located by Janesville Police and later led police on a brief pursuit in Beloit, where he later abandoned his vehicle on Park Avenue. He was taken into custody without incident and is facing future charges related to the seizure of drugs, guns and money, where 29 grams of crack cocaine, 1063 grams of marijuana, a handgun, and $42,000 in US currency were located across two residents in Janesville and Beloit. The 39-year-old was already on probation for Cocaine and Reckless Endangerment charges and is being held in the Rock County Jail on a probation warrant.
