Fort Atkinson resident 30 year old Michael L. Miller, 29 year old Watertown resident Mario A. Quiroz, and Berlin resident Heather J. Uttech are facing charges of delivering illegal articles to an inmate after an incident that occurred on November 1 of 2021. The case was officially filed on March 16. Miller faces additional charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and three counts of felony bail jumping. Uttech faces an additional charge of felony bail jumping, and Quiroz faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and felony bail jumping. They will appear in court on April 4 at 10:30 a.m.
