According to an update from the City of Lake Mills, a Conditional Use Request has been received in the Single-Family Residential District (R1-6) with Lakeshore Residential Overly for grading, filling, and excavation within 300 feet of the shoreline, for the purpose of demolition and replacement of an existing boathouse and access stairway, and an alternative vegetative cutting plan for the purpose of shoreline vegetative restoration at 623 Ray Street in Lake Mills.
The Plan Commission will receive public comment at a regular meeting to be held Tuesday, October 25 at 6 p.m. at the Lake Mills City Council Chambers, 200 Water Street in Lake Mills in regards to this topic.
