Lake Mills resident 29 year old Tyler Johnson is facing charges of vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on January 19. The case was officially filed on January 25. On the 25th a cash bond of $1 thousand with conditions was set, and he was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 9 at 1:15 p.m.
