According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, last week on Monday officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block of Bonnie Brae Ln. for a report of a juvenile that was “smoking weed in his room”. Once on scene, officers found the juvenile physically fighting with his parents in the hallway. Officers took him into custody and he spat at officers. Charges have been referred up to juvenile intake for discharging bodily fluids at law enforcement, criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently confined in a juvenile detention center.
