Lake Geneva Police Respond to Altercation Involving Gun

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, February 15 at about 5 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of W. Main St. for an altercation where there was possibly a gun threatened. Upon speaking with subjects on scene, officers took 39 year old Grant Zerfass into custody. Charges have been referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney's Office for disorderly conduct, battery, and physical abuse of a child. Zerfass was subsequently confined in the Walworth County Jail on these charges.
