Lake Geneva Police Assist in Identity Theft Incident

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on April 6 shortly after 12 p.m. an officer received information from the Walworth County Sheriff’s Department referencing a possible identity theft that occurred in the City of Lake Geneva. Upon investigating, an officer referred one count of identity theft for unauthorized use of an individual's ID up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office for 29 year old Ramiro Lopez Ruiz.
