Lake Geneva resident 30 year old Paul M. Wasyliw is facing charges including strangulation and suffocation, battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on June 26. The case was officially filed earlier this month. On June 27 a $10 thousand bond was set. He was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol, and cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He cannot contact the involved victim, and must avoid their residence/place of employment or any place they are located. Wasyliw has an upcoming court appearance on July 29 at 3 p.m.
