Lake Geneva Man Facing Charge of 4th Degree Sexual Assault

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on April 24 at about 6:10 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Center St. for a harassment complaint. After speaking with the subjects involved, charges were referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office for 43 year old Lake Geneva resident, Rodrigo Guzman Villanueva, for fourth degree sexual assault.
