Lake Geneva Man Cited for Throwing/Discharging Bodily Fluids at a Public Safety Worker

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on December 11 at about 11:15 p.m. an officer responded to the 700 block of W. Main St. for a report of a disorderly subject. 30 year old Oliver V. Perez Torres from Lake Geneva was ultimately cited for misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting/obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and throwing/discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker. These charges were referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office. Perez Torres was subsequently confined in the Walworth County Jail for these charges.
