Lake Geneva Fire Department Responds to Saturday Morning House Fire

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Fire Department, at about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, they were dispatched on a report of smoke coming from the second floor of a house. Upon arrival, first crews stated there were flames showing from the back side of the structure. The fire was extinguished from both inside and out by the Lake Geneva Fire Department with help from Elkhorn, Linn, Lyons, Hebron, and Salem Lakes Fire Departments. There were no injuries reported and no loss of life.
