At last night’s Lake Geneva City Council meeting, the board discussed the Center St. speed bumps, and there was a series of motions to remove them. The city is sending a petition to the Town of Geneva for their removal, since the bumps are technically within the town, not the city. Otherwise, the city is considering annexing the road from the town. This option will be further discussed at the regulation committee meeting next Monday.
