Kevin Leavy Declared Second Vice Chair of Rock County Board

At last Thursday Rock County Board Meeting, Kevin Leavy was elected as the first ever second vice chair. Other candidates for this position included Tom Brien and Dave Homen. Leavy has also served on the Beloit City Council for 15 years, he was a Chairperson of the Blackhawk Technical College District Board Association, and he has also served on the Beloit School Board.
