Officials in Beloit are investigating an accident that resulted in arrests. Beloit Police said they responded to an accident in the intersection at Whipple and Moore Streets. Juveniles could be seen fleeing upon officers arrival, a 12-year old was arrested and placed into custody. Police say that juvenile was a passenger in the car. Police are looking for anyone who might have video of the incident, and you are asked to call 608-757-2244 if you are able to provide that.
