Jefferson resident 47 year old Rhonda M. Costilla is facing charges including benefiting from the trafficking of a child and child sexual exploitation after an incident that occurred on October 19 of 2020. The case was officially filed last week. She has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. More information on this story will be given if it becomes available.
