Jefferson Man Facing Charges Including Battery

Jefferson resident 42 year old Gabriel I. Runge is facing charges including disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon against an elderly person and battery with use of a dangerous weapon against an elderly person after an incident that occurred on July 23. The case was officially filed on August 16. On August 17 a $1 thousand bond was set and he was ordered not to participate in any acts of threats of violence, he cannot possess any dangerous weapons, and he is not to contact the victim and must avoid the victim’s home and property. Runge has an upcoming court appearance on September 16 at 2 p.m.
