Jefferson-Dodge Breastfeeding Coalition Survey Available

According to an update from the Jefferson County Wisconsin Health Department, residents who live in Jefferson or Dodge County and have or have tried to breastfeed in the past are asked to take the Jefferson-Dodge Breastfeeding Coalition Survey to help identify breastfeeding needs in the community.
