Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Investigating Lake Koshkonong Incident

According to an update from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, they along with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources are investigating an incident that occurred on Lake Koshkonong on January 31 where a truck was spraying snow on a black ice shanty. The DNR believes they have identified the driver of the vehicle, but they are still trying to identify the individual who was the occupant of the black ice shanty.
