Janesville resident 54 year old Ruth L. Langer is facing a charge of 2nd offense OWI and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration level after an incident that occurred on July 24 of 2021. The case was officially filed earlier this month. She has a bond amount of $1 thousand. Langer has an upcoming court appearance on March 21 at 1 p.m.
