Janesville resident 47 year old Michelle Marie Garthwaite is facing charges including 1st offense OWI, refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest, violating a red traffic light, and operating while suspended after an incident that occurred on April 4. For these charges she has a combined bond amount of $1,313.30. Garthwaite has an upcoming court appearance on May 3 at 8 a.m.
