A 17 year old Janesville male is facing charges including operating with a restricted controlled substance and possession of THC after an incident that occurred on February 13. He pleaded not guilty to both charges on February 25. For these charges, a combined bond amount of $1,077.26 was set. He has an upcoming court appearance on March 24 at 8 a.m.
