Janesville Sanitary Landfill Not Accepting Credit and Debit Cards

According to an update from the City of Janesville, the Sanitary Landfill now accepts credit and debit card payments. Credit card users will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee, with a minimum fee of $2.80. Debit card users will be charged a 1.4% convenience fee with a minimum fee of $1.50. The City does not retain these convenience fees, which cover the costs charged by the payment processing service. Cash and check payments will still be accepted.
