According to a post from the City of Janesville, residents Carol Hurley, Joyce Gray, and Virginia Nitz have received the 2021 Governor’s Service Award for their dedicated participation in the Retired Senior Volunteer Program of Rock County. Carol Hurley has been a volunteer for 21 years, Joyce Gray for 22 years, and Virginia Nitz for 26 years.
