Janesville Resident Facing Many Drug and Alcohol Charges

Janesville resident 33 year old Martinez White has been charged with refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest, possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, 4th offense OWI, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC, and operating while revoked after an incident that occurred on October 9. On October 11, his drivers license was redacted and he pleaded not guilty to possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He has not plead guilty or not guilty to all the other charges. He has been ordered by the court to maintain absolute sobriety, and a signature bond of $1 thousand has been set. More information on this story will be given if it becomes available.
