According to a press release from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, 29 year old Janesville resident Taylor Allen Rodriguez was arrested on Tuesday by the Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for 5th offense OWI.
On August 16 at approximately 5 p.m. troopers responded to a report of a fight between several people on the interstate at the 160 mile marker. When troopers arrived, they separated the parties and noticed signs of impairment from the driver. When requested by troopers, this driver refused to conduct sobriety tests and was ultimately arrested.
