Janesville Police Make 5th Offense OWI Arrest

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, on Saturday at about 4:30 a.m. officers were dispatched to a multiple vehicle crash. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver was south on S. Main St. approaching Tyler St. when he struck multiple parked vehicles. No injuries were reported. The driver did submit to standardized field sobriety tests, and was ultimately arrested for his 5th OWI offense. The driver was identified as 45 year old David Hinkle from Janesville, and he was transported to the Rock County Jail pending an initial appearance.
