According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, they are seeking the public’s assistance in a stolen vehicle and arson investigation that originated in the 500 block of S. Jackson St. The vehicle was a black Ford Fiesta, and was taken in the late evening hours on February 20. The vehicle was found early the next morning engulfed in flames on S.
