Janesville Police held their Back to School Picnic earlier this week. The event was held in conjunction with the Rock County Sheriff’s Department and the Janesville School District. More than 50 backpacks were also given away with the help of various sponsors, and haircuts were offered. Janesville Police says they take pride in promoting partnerships between organizations and the community.
