Janesville Police Department Detective Dale Stutika Retires

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, yesterday Detective Dale Stutika retired from the Janesville Police Department after 31 years of service within the city. He was hired in June of 1990. Throughout his career, he was a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Range Officer, Special Operations Unit Member, and SWAT Officer.
