Janesville Police Arrest Repeat Theft Suspect

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, on Friday at about 5:15 p.m. Officer Seuferer observed a female attempting to conceal items as she was walking out of a thrift store located on Black Bridge Road. Officer Seuferer recognized the suspect as Toni Vincent from prior retail theft investigations. As Officer Seuferer got out of his squad car, he saw Vincent throw drug paraphernalia onto the pavement as she continued walking away from him. Once Officer Seuferer was able to place her into handcuffs and search her incident to arrest, he located illegal narcotics and stolen store merchandise on her person. A Wisconsin Circuit Court Access search showed Toni Vincent (30 years of age) currently has 15 open criminal court cases through Rock County. Vincent was arrested for Possession of Schedule I Narcotic, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Retail Theft, and 15 counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping. She was later held at the Rock County Jail.
