Janesville resident 32 year old Jeffery Allen Knutson Jr. is facing a charge of first offense OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on March 9. For these charges he has a combined bond amount of $1,201. He has an upcoming court appearance on April 12 at 8 a.m.
