Janesville Man Facing Four Theft Charges

Janesville resident 25 year old Daniel Scott Rose is facing a charge of theft in a business setting and three counts of theft - false representation less than or equal to $2,500 after an incident that occurred on October 19, 2021. The case was officially filed on January 6. On January 10 a bond of $1 thousand was set, which he signed earlier today. He is to have no contact with four individuals involved, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He is also to have no contact with a Milton business. He has an upcoming court appearance on January 26 at 1 p.m.
