Janesville resident 47 year old Gary Louis Benton is facing charges of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and child abuse-intentionally causing harm after an incident that occurred on January 12. On January 13 a bond of $650 was set, and he is to have no contact with the victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle or elsewhere unless approved by Child Protective Services. He has an upcoming court appearance on January 26 at 1 p.m.
