Janesville Man Facing Charges Incuding 4th Offense OWI

Janesville resident 57 year old Vance J. Hanson is facing charges of 4th offense OWI, Battery to Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting an Officer, and Disorderly Conduct after an incident that occurred on January 5. On January 6 a cash bond of $500 was set and he is to have no contact with two involved officers and an additional victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He is also not to drive, and must maintain absolute sobriety. He has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 1 p.m.
