Janesville resident 51 year old Antoine Alphonse is facing charges including threat to a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on February 4. On February 7 a bond amount of $2 thousand was set, and he is to have no contact with Officer Kelly, Officer Bailey, or Officer Johnson. The court ordered level 4 supervision through JusticePoint. Alphonse has an upcoming court appearance on February 28 at 2:30 p.m.
