Janesville Man Facing Charges Including Prisoner Throwing or Expelling Bodily Substances

Janesville resident 29 year old Bryan Strain is facing charges of misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting an officer, obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on January 2. On January 5, a cash bond of $100 was set and he was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. Also on January 2 another incident occurred where he was charged with theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 for which an additional cash bond of $100 was set on January 5. Another incident occurred on January 3 in which he was charged with prisoner throwing or expelling bodily substances. For this charge a cash bond of $1 thousand was set. He has an upcoming court appearance on January 18 at 10:45 a.m.
